One of the most beautiful opera buildings in Europe is Oslo Opera house. Finalised in 1994, the building has a future architecture and, most of it, a smart one. It was build to be climbed! In deed, it can be climbed during the summer even by 80 years old people - and I had the chance to see it! Other important particularity, the restaurant from the first level is open all day, so anyone can enter inside the opera house and see the foyer at least.

2019, 6th of September bring "Le nozze di Figaro" ("The Wedding of Figaro") performance, a masterpiece of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The Oslo Opera House mounted as a masterpiece, too. Bringing sepia color as main front of view, the performance was dinamic, full of life, the changes of the active scene being made by simply changing the light or by rotating the decors or even the full scene. Yes, the rooms of the decors were moveable, separately or all the full house.

The characters were full of life, too. Figaro, young and italian. Cherubino, younger and active. Rosina, playing victim but also a cheater. Almaviva, noisy and vigilent. But all of them ready to became fix as statues when the direction sais so. Bartolo and Marcellina conflict was not so visible, but that was the ideea, it`s better that way for not being in the front of the other conflicts.

The costumes were classical and also the decors, these having the advantage of modern interfeering only for changing them or bringing them up. And the action remains classical, so Figaro got married in Oslo, too. Quite interesting, isn`t it?
